Lacy Leaves Spring Scarf Free Crochet Pattern and Video Tutorial

Spring has already arrived to Northern California! We've been getting a lot of rain lately, and everything around is beautifully green and blooming!

For my most recent crochet project I chose delicate mint green, a color that is perfect for spring!

For the stitch, I chose a combination of clusters and open spaces, a beautiful lacy design that is perfect for spring as well!

Small Doily Crochet Video

This small doily was literally my very first attempt at writing doily patterns years ago. I've come a long way since then.

But we all start somewhere when just learning or trying ourselves at something new.

This is a very simple pattern and maybe it will be someone's very first attempt at thread or doily crochet.

This doily measures about 5 inches across. I used Aunt Lydia's crochet cotton thread size 10 and a steel hook 1.5 mm.

The written pattern is here: Small Flower Doily

and I also made a video tutorial on Youtube.

Lacy Infinity Scarf Free Pattern and Video Tutorial

I created this pattern back in 2013 and since then I have been getting multiple requests for a video tutorial. But I was reluctant (read scared) to start my YouTube channel. But eventually I did!

And here is the video that so many people asked about! I'm sorry it took me so long!

White Hooded Baby Blanket, My New Crochet Pattern

A new baby blanket is ready!

A hooded baby blanket was on my to-do list for a long time as I've been getting a lot of requests for such pattern! And finally here it is!

The size is about 33 by 33 inches, but it can be easily made smaller or bigger. I included the instructions on how to make a different size in the pattern.

I used I used Craft Smart Never Enough Yarn, about 1400 yards (that's 2 skeins 716 yards each) and a hook size H/8 (5 mm).

And the blanket shown below was made by one of my wonderful testers Debbie.

She used Size H crochet hook and Stitch Studio by Nicole Pound of Stitches yarn (#4 Medium Weight) in the color Creamy Vanilla (amount used: 1 pound + a small amount of second skein).

Thank you Debbie, your work is beautiful!
