How to get the right sizing for your crochet garment. Two easy ways

Summer is just around the corner and I'm starting to crochet a new summer blouse for myself! 

I have the yarn and the hook ready! And I already know what kind of blouse I want to make! But as I'm starting my projects, I thought it might be helpful to share with others how I got about getting the right sizing for my project.
