Shells Beanie Hat Crochet Pattern

I had made so many crocheted baby hats in the past, but not an adult one. Until now!

I made a beanie for myself!

I'm so pleased with how it turned out. It's soft, and stretchy, and comfortable!

No, this is not the usual shells stitch. There is a little trick that involves back post double crochets to make the shells puffy and textured.

I even love how this hat looks on me!

Why hadn't I crocheted any hats for myself before? I dunno!

But I already have another hat on my hook!

And I have a doily (which is turning out just stunning!) on another hook!

And I have a big warm and comfy prayer shawl yet on another hook!

So many hooks, so many projects, so many new ideas!

I feel so blessed and happy!

My beanie pattern is available on Etsy, Craftsy, and Ravelry
