My mom made this lovely small doily for me a few years ago. In fact, it was one of the first doilies in my now vast collection.
I’ve seen this same doily on other crocheting blogs and sites. For instance, Sarah at Sarah Sweethearts crocheted this doily a few weeks ago. So I searched the web in hope of finding the pattern. And I was lucky!
I believe this is the pattern for the same doily. Perhaps someone will want to try it too.

Dear Olga, I just so enjoy your posting about these lovely projects you have completed! My heart will always love this kind of needlework. Thank you for sharing. I have an interesting project I have started using a doily pattern. I will post about it when I get further along.

It is beautiful Olga! The edging too! I didn't doo that as I ran out of white thread, but I may have to buy new thread and finish it now! :) Have a beautiful Sunday!
