Have you ever worked with mohair blend yarn? This was my first time ever! Oh boy, it is very hard!
I crocheted this shawl with super fine (category 1, lace) 70% super kid mohair and 30% silk blend, and a hook size H (5 mm). It was a real challenge!
But the final result is absolutely stunning! When I hold this shawl in my hands, it feels as if I am holding a fluffy cloud! It's so light, airy, and delicate!

Hello Olga and happy Fall. You made such a beautiful looking shawl. I love the detail that shows leaf shapes on the shawl. This will be perfect to wear for summer or fall.

Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shawl. It’s hard to work with this type of yarn but the outcome will be superb. The intricate designs will be shown clearly which makes the work worth in working with that yarn.
