I recently made a rectangular, worked-in-row baby blanket using this beautiful stitch that combines puff stitches and shells. I also designed a matching baby hat in three sizes using this same stitch.
And now I went a step farther and designed a square, worked-in-round baby blanket in the same stitch. I love how it turned out!
I used one skein of Pound of Love by Lion Brand (about 1000 yards) and a hook size H (5 mm). My blanket came out about 30 by 30 inches. Of course, it can be made larger, you will simply continue crocheting until you reach your desired length.
