I Crocheted a Lacy Summer Top – Come See How It Came Together!

Hi friends!

I recently finished a crochet project that I’m really excited to share with you — a lightweight lacy summer top, perfect for warm days and layering over a camisole or dress. I designed and made it from start to finish, and I filmed the entire process to share with you on my YouTube channel!

This top is built around two key elements: the lacy flower stitch (you might already know it from my previous videos — the tutorial is available here) and simple ribbing to finish the edges and add structure. The combination makes for a delicate, airy design that’s both feminine and super wearable.

Before I picked up my hook, I started by sketching out the idea — I had a vision in mind and wanted to capture it on paper first. Then I got to work bringing it to life in stitches. It was such a fun project to design and make!
